I clocked in at 3.29 miles.
I have already run 5 times as far as I did last January.
So it’s a good start for February.
It was a decent 5k time, for me, I won’t tell you what it was, though.
btw, I’ve now lost 8 pounds as of the last time I weighed myself. it could be more, I won’t weigh myself again until Saturday.
I didn’t run noticeably faster. the weight should have made a difference, but I don’t expect my times to change radically until I have lost at least 25 pounds total.
I ran from the University Campus into the park and back. It was cold, thank god.
I crossed two scenic bridges, I then ran on a park trail.
I had good juice, but just not quite enough.
I was soundly defeated at a scholarly science affair. The broad who beat me, and the other teams, clearly blinded me with science… science.
Me being a scientist, I could hardly believe it!
